Shipping policy

I'm so happy you've chosen to buy my art. It is very precious for me! I'll be glad to ship my art to its new home.

Art by Elena Dianova is a small studio, so, please allow 5-7 business days to prepare your art for shipping. Shipping usually takes between 3-8 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days. International shipping may take longer. Anyways, shipping times are up to the carrier. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If you package is lost in transit, please contact me via elenavdianova@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

If you received a damaged item, please contact me at elenavdianova@gmail.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase in order to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. Please contact me at elenavdianova@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

Art by Elena Dianova is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout.

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
